Buyers should inspect the property and do all due diligence in regard to lead based paint and all other inspections prior to sale day Real Estate to be sold “as is-where is” condition. Watts ARA represents the Sellers. Seller nor Selling Agent makes no warranties as to quality or condition information provided by Auction Company is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due the day of sale from purchaser in the form of cashier’s check, cash or pre approved personal check made payable to Watts ARA Escrow for the real estate only. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the high bid of Real Estate and included in the total contract price. The balance of the purchase price is to be due at settlement on or about 30 days.
