All properties and equipment sold as is where is with no guarantees, warranties, written, expressed or implied.  Potential bidders should perform such independent inspections and due diligence with respect to the property as they deem necessary.

All Federal and State gun laws apply for gun purchase. Proper ID is required. You must be a resident of Virginia. 

Announcements on sale day take precedence over all prior releases verbal and written

Registration- Bids will be accepted only from registered bidders. Please bring drivers license to register

Buyer’s premium there is a 10 % buyers premium added to the final bid to determine final sale price there is a 3% buyers premium added for the use of debit/credit cards!

Watts Auction realty appraisals are agents for the sellers and believe all information to be accurate but not guaranteed.

Payment- Cash, Good Check with proper ID (Sorry no out of town checks without prior approval), and Debit/Credit card!
