Personal Property to be sold “as is-where is” condition. No refunds for broken or stolen items. Prompt removal of merchandise day of sale. Cash and pre-approved personal checks with proper ID accepted made payable to Watts ARA Escrow. There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the personal property. A 4% fee is charged to any buyer who pays with credit card.

Announcement from the auction block takes precedence over any previously printed material or other verbal statements made.
