A 10% Online Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases, 5.3% State will apply to all sales unless tax exempt form is produced by buyer. There is No State Tax on Vehicles with titles, Trailers With Titles, Coins & Silver.
All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is where-is, without any expressed or implied warranties. There are no contingencies to the time of purchase of any items. The auctioneer has the right to accept or deny any bids at any point for any reason. All items are sold upon seller confirmation. If you are the winning bidder and do not pay for your items that you have won. You will incur all legal fees associated with Debt Collecting. Auctioneer, Auction Company and Seller Seek to Provide Accurate Information to Bidders and Buyers Prior to and During the Auction. However, Bidders and Buyers are Expressly Advised Not to Rely on Information Provided by Auctioneer, Auction Company and Seller as Such Information Cannot be Guaranteed. The online auction typically closes 1 items every 15 seconds (some may differ depending on the auction), and the closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional 15 seconds whenever a bid is placed within the last 15 seconds of the item's closing time, thus allowing another bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. This process will continue until no other bids are received.
For firearm purchases, all state and federal gun laws apply, and all guns purchased must be picked up on site of auction pick up unless there is a delay in background check they will be brought back 7661 Wards Rd Rustburg VA 24588 for pick up. You may pick up guns after passing a background check and paying the $20 background check fee. If you have been outbid, you will be notified by email or phone notification (app users) ONLY UNTIL the last two minutes of the item's scheduled closing time.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending or end of pick up day. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Buyer's premium varies and will be assessed per auction and noted in the terms. It will be added to each purchase. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Online Auction payment can be made with a credit or debit card with the card registered online-onsite with cash or check or wire transfer ($20 fee applies) on the day of pick up . A 4% Convenience fee will be assessed at the time of processing for all credit card payments. For live auctions, payment will be cash, credit, good check, or wire transfer. Bad checks will incur a $100 fee and instant revocation of bidding rights at any further auctions. If no payment or contact is made within 24 hrs, credit card on file will be charged.
Failure to pay will result in revocation of bidding privileges. Reactivation will be determined on a case-by-case review, and a $50 reactivation fee for a suspended account will be required. Declined credit/debit cards or bounced checks will result in a $50 fee per occurrence.
Registration is a legal and binding agreement to accept responsibility for payment. Deviation from this agreement can make you subject to legal action and fees. You will incur all legal fees associated with Debt Collecting.
Live sales -Announcements made live and on-site take precedence over any and all previously made announcements & guarantees.
