A valid credit/debit card is required to register. A $100 authorization hold will be placed on the card during registration and released following the conclusion of the auction and completion of pickup.
Removal of Items
- All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items during the scheduled preview.
- Any item requiring disassembly or removal from a building or structure must be removed by a qualified individual without causing damage to the property.
- Buyers are responsible for any damages caused during item removal.
- Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. does not provide loading, moving, or delivery services.
Pickup Policy
- All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time.
- Items not picked up by the deadline will be considered abandoned without refund.
- No alternate pickup dates will be available.
- Buyers who fail to pay for purchases remain responsible for all collection costs and legal fees associated with debt recovery.
Additional Terms
- All sales are final.
- Auctioneer, Auction Company, and Seller make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of descriptions, measurements, photographs, or condition of any item.
- Buyers should rely on their own inspection and judgment before bidding.
