To Avoid Storage Fees, All Purchased Items MUST be Removed within 5 Business Days of the Auction. Contact us Prior to Sale Day for Special Removal Arrangements
All Sales are Final, Highest Bidder is Responsible for Purchasing the Item they Bid on
Winning Bidders/Buyer's will be held responsible to pay for ANY & ALL collection efforts on behalf of Watts Auction, Realty, and Appraisals, Inc. - This includes but is not limited to attorney fees, filing fees, collection fees that may be incurred by Watts in efforts to collect from unpaid bidders
Any Invoice not paid by DATE WILL BE subject to an additional 10% Late Fee

If you are a live bidder and you want to wire money on Monday, you must leave a deposit of 10% of the amount purchased.
