REGISTRATION: Bids will only be accepted from registered bidders. Proper ID will be required.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyers premium added to each high bid to determine final bid price for the personal property and tools. NO buyers premium will be added to the cars/truck or tractor.

We accept cash, credit cards (additional 4% commission for credit cards) and checks with proper ID. All checks to be made payable to Watts Auction. For items sold online, 10% non-refundable deposit at close of auction will be charged to the card on file. Balance is due via cash or certified funds at time of pick-up. Items purchased online and not picked up (or arrangements otherwise with auctioneer) will become property of seller. 

All items sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" no refunds for lost or stolen items.

Prompt removal day of sale – full payment due before items are removed
