Newman, L.S., dated June 16, 1999, and being the same real estate which was conveyed to Hazel L. Tibbs and James H. Tibbs, Jr. by deed dated July 6, 1999, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Page County, Virginia, in Deed Book #599 at Page 9.
