REGISTRATION: Bids will only be accepted from registered bidders. Proper ID will be required.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyers premium added to each high bid to determine final bid price for the personal property and tools.

We accept cash, credit cards (additional 4% commission for credit cards) and checks with proper ID. All checks to be made payable to Watts Auction.

All items sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" no refunds for lost or stolen items.

Prompt removal day of sale – full payment due before items are removed

BID INCREMENTS: Auctioneer reserves the right to set the bid increments.

Upon the award of bid, title and risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the purchased item, passes to the purchaser.
