Preview is highly recommended so that you may discern the quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.
Unless specifically noted in the description, it is safe to assume the items have not been tested. You are welcome and encouraged to test any item during the scheduled preview times.
Bidding:
You must be registered to place a bid on an item.

Staggered Closing:
The Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. online auction typically closes two items per minute (Some may differ Depending on the Auction). Please watch the countdown timer on each lot. This feature will close the bidding in intervals.
Soft Closing:
The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional one minute whenever a bid is placed within the last minute of the item’s closing time, thus allowing another bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. This process will continue until no other bids are received.

Payment:
Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Buyer’s premium varies & will be assessed per auction and noted in the terms. It will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, with a 10% Buyers Premium at check-out you will be charged $110.00 .(4%Convenience Fee if paid with Credit Card).
Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Online Auction payment can be made with a credit or debit card with the card registered online. 4% Convenience fee will be assessed at the time of processing.
Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Live auctions payment will be Cash, Credit, Good Check or Wire Transfer. Bad Checks Will be a $100 Fee & Instant revocation of bidding rights at any further auctions.
Payment to Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. Failure to pay will result in revocation of bidding privileges. A $50.00 reactivation fee of a suspended account will be required. Reactivation will be determined on a case-by-case review.
Registration is a legal and binding agreement to accept responsibility for payment. Deviation from this agreement can make you subject to legal action and fees.
If items are not picked up by the scheduled pick-up time, your credit card will be charged for your purchase(s) promptly upon scheduled pick-up time ending + a $10 storage fee.
Abandoned Items/Delinquent Accounts:
The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, purchased items not paid for and/or removed within the specified timeframe.
Pick-up Instructions:
Bidders are responsible for removing their own items. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid receipt in hand.
Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. Staff cannot assist with loading due to insurance liabilities.
If you are unable to make the pickup time due to unforeseen circumstances, please call Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. 434-821-5263 (Office) to arrange alternate pick up. We can make special arrangements (for a fee) in most cases Call ( Auction Coordinator-Rich Henderson 570-301-7830 if any questions or concerns). Items MUST be paid in full to qualify for storage.
If items are not picked up at scheduled pick-up time a $10 non-negotiable and non-refundable fee will be added to your final bill. If items are not picked up within 5 business days after scheduled pickup, items will be forfeited to Watts Auction Realty Appraisals Inc. .
