TERMS & CONDITIONS

Buyer’s Premium
A buyer’s premium of 12.5% shall be added to the final hammer price of each lot and shall be payable by the highest bidder as part of the total purchase price.

A 10% Non-Refundable deposit is due upon completion of auction- immediately Must Call Office if Online 434-821-5263

Payment must be made in full within 3 Business days after the auction close, if arrangements need to be made contact our office 

Registration & Bidding
All bidders must register prior to participating in the auction. A valid credit or debit card is required for registration, and a temporary authorization hold of $100 will be placed on the card and released upon conclusion of the sale and pickup of purchased items, subject to the terms herein.

Bidding is conducted both live and online. Bidders are encouraged to register in advance and submit bids prior to the closing of the auction.

Inspection
Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend preview periods and personally inspect all items of interest. Failure to inspect shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of sale.

Payment Terms
Accepted forms of payment include cash, approved checks, wire transfers, and credit/debit cards. A four percent (4%) processing fee will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions. A $20 fee will be applied to all wire transfers.

Payment in full is due immediately upon conclusion of the auction unless otherwise stated.

Default & Non-Payment
In the event a winning bidder fails to remit payment, the bidder shall be deemed in default and shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with collecting debt, including attorney’s fees, court costs, and other expenses permitted by law.

All Sales Final / Condition of Items
All sales are final. All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS,” with all faults, and without recourse.

The Auctioneer, Auction Company, and Seller make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding any lot offered.

Removal & Pickup
Buyers are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Buyer has 60 days to remove the manufactured home off the lot and must clean up any brick, block, trash from premises at the buyer's expense.  Any damage caused during removal shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Unless otherwise stated, buyers shall have sixty (60) days from the date of sale to remove any manufactured home purchased. Failure to remove within the allotted time may result in additional fees or forfeiture, at the Seller’s and auctioneers' discretion.

Titles & Ownership
Unless explicitly stated as “No Title” or otherwise announced, vehicles are presumed to convey with a clear title. However, certain vehicles, including but not limited to ATVs, four-wheelers, and side-by-sides, may not have titles.

It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to conduct all due diligence regarding title status, ownership, liens, and vehicle history using the provided VIN or identifying information.

Buyers acknowledge that title processing and delivery may take upwards of 60 days.
